What happens if the swim is cancelled due to water quality?

Water Pollution is assessed on event morning, in consultation with relevant authorities. Should the swim not proceed due to pollution, a contingency run will replace the swim as the first leg of the Triathlon. Given this is considered a Triathlon by AusTriathlon’s definitions, no refunds or transfers are provided in this instance. Should you wish to withdraw or transfer, this needs to occur prior to eTickets being sent Thursday of Race week.
